These online workshops are a great way for people to have access to my work at a lower cost. Working in a group has additional advantages, as you borrow benefits from others in the group while they work on their issues. The support network created is something members of these groups really appreciate.

INTRODUCTION TO EFT TAPPING (EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES)This workshop is designed for complete beginners who may be curious about EFT and shy of making a first appointment. In a friendly group setting, come and discover what it’s all about, learn how to tap for yourself and experience the benefits it can bring.
BORROWING BENEFITS WORKSHOPSMy monthly Borrowing Benefits workshops are designed for new and experienced tappers alike. An opportunity to work with any stress or anxiety in your life and be held in a safe group setting as you let go of your tensions. Often these sessions bring clarity to a situation promoting relaxation . This is a way of feeling the power of EFT at a more affordable rate than for an individual session.
EFT GROUP MENTORINGMy aim is to create a relaxed atmosphere in which you feel free to share your successes as well as your most difficult cases. Limited to 4 people, each person has the opportunity to email in their needs prior to the session. Come and discuss your challenging cases and learn from other group members. This group is open to accredited practitioners and can be counted towards your EFTi supervision hours.
